Born and raised in Lebanon. I have been in the Training & Management field since 1997, starting in IT Training and holding different positions from Junior to Senior Trainer and then Team Leader. Then I have advanced to Training & Operations Supervisor, Research and Development Officer, Training & Operations Manager, Training Consultant, and Currently Learning and Development Manager at Australian University.
I am a certified coach from ICF since 2017 till now. Coaching has the incredible ability to change lives, and I am a living example of its potential. My introduction to coaching not only shifted my perspective, but also sparked a strong desire to support others on their journey towards self-discovery. At this crucial moment in my career and personal journey, my strong dedication to guiding others in discovering their full potential stands firm.

Led a team that represented the Kuwait Maastricht Business School in the Global Management Challenge, a management competition in strategic management which each team runs a simulated company with the objective of getting the highest investment performance. For two consecutive years, she and her team represented Kuwait in Romania (2013) and in Russia (2014) and we were the national Kuwait winners.
Since 2011, has been a member of Toastmasters International a non-profit organization and a world leader in communication and leadership development. In that organization I held several leadership role from club officers such as club President, VP Education, and all other club officers roles. Served as Area Governor, Division Governor, Program Quality Director (District 20), District Director (District 20), and Speakers Bureau Chair (District 20).
